to Use Your Personal Information
To
provide you with our products and services, FBC Holdings Limited needs to
collect, use, share and store some of your personal and financial information.
This may include details that identify you personally (called Personally
Identifiable Information), such as your full name, national ID number,
passport number , date of birth, residential address, phone number, email
address as well as sensitive information (like your bank account details,
employment information and biometric data) as defined in Zimbabwe’s Cyber and
Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] .
FBC
Holdings Limited may collect this information directly from you, or where
permitted, from third parties. It is used solely for the purpose of delivering
our services effectively and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory
requirements.
If
you share someone else’s personal information with us (i.e. a dependent,
employee, or joint account holder), you confirm that you have their permission
to do so.
To
provide these services, we may share your information within the Group — but
only what is necessary and only with those who need it. We act as the Data
Controller for your information which you would have shared with us, meaning
that we are responsible for keeping it safe and secure.
We
may also share your information with government or regulatory authorities when
required by law and with credit and fraud prevention agencies to protect you
and others.
Your
information will always be treated as private and protected against
unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
